Your evening begins with a welcoming glass of sparkling Spumante from Italy, opening the door to a world of gourmet delights. Enjoy a creamy roasted parsnip soup, elegantly garnished with freeze-dried raspberries – a perfect balance of smoothness and surprise.
For the main course, choose between succulent duck breast paired with cherry demiglace and silky roasted pumpkin purée or sophisticated saffron gnocchi, served with crispy fried baby mozzarella and tender asparagus.
To finish, indulge in a sweet highlight: raspberry tiramisu, crowned with a cloud of cotton candy, transporting you to a world of romantic bliss.
